SPW THE DOCUMENTARY VOLUME 2 TO BECOME WEB SERIES - SPW CHRONICLES The bad news: Due to SPW's busy production schedule in 2018, the second volume of Good Cheerful Productions' behind-the-scenes documentary, originally slated for release in early 2018, has been delayed. The good news: Rather than keeping everyone waiting and ending up releasing footage 2 years late, SPW and Good Cheerful Productions have decided to release the documentary as an ongoing web series! Each episode of SPW Chronicles will be made available to SPW on Demand subscribers for the first week, before being released for free across our social media channels including YouTube and Facebook video. The really good news: Chapter 1 is available RIGHT NOW for SPW on Demand subscribers! Learn about the origins of SPW, and the two men who started it all in this first installment of SPW Chronicles! SPW On Demand is SPW's own video on demand service similar to Netflix.  SPW 'Wrestling on the Edge of the World' are excited to announce that New Zealand comedian Rhys Mathewson will be our 'Guest Host' at the Southern Rumble at ILT Stadium on Saturday 14th July 2018!
You may recongize Rhys from popular TV shows 7 Days and/or The Project, he is the youngest ever winner of the the coveted Billy T Comedy Award and also happens to be a huge wrestling fan! Rhys is one of New Zealand's best young professional comedians. He has spent the last year in the UK polishing his comedy gold at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival and on the UK Comedy circuit. He is going to be bringing his sense of humour with him as he hosts us for the night for our biggest event to date!
